Property Management Services

Our Property Management Services Include:

• Screening prospective tenants: Background check, rental history and employment history. Fee is 50% of the deposit. This comes with a 60 day guarantee. Free vacancy filling should a tenant move out within 60 days.


• Rent Collection: The fee is 10% of gross rent COLLECTED not expected and never a charge for non collection when there is a vacancy.


• Eviction Services: Should a tenant decide not to pay. There is a $25 charge to serve 3 day notices and all 3rd party charges are passed through. Our services are free and we do not charge on top of the 3rd parties charges.


• Grievenaces and emergencies: We field all calls and contact the contractor. Again, these are 3rd party charges and pass through. We negotiate the price to save you money. We only deal with licensed contractors and all work is over seen by our General Contractor.


Currently we are operating at less than 8% vacancy and are experts at finding the balance between high rents and low vacancy.
